I have been an artist, writer, producer, in the music industry for the past 6 years. These past 3 years, I had a profound realization into the healing powers of sound and vibration. I spend my time studying the history of all sacred medicine, healing frequencies, sound therapy, sound healing, somatic breath work, meditation, cymatics, reiki, crystals, yoga, astrology, philosophy, and more! My spiritual journey started at a very young age; with having a strong understanding into the higher realms of our existence, and abilities to heal ourselves naturally. This later drew me in to studying deeper, & later becoming a certified, CMA accredited sound healer. This practice is a gentle, therapeutic modality that helps us utilize the vibrations and frequencies of sound to promote restoration and relaxation. Through meditation, I accompany my voice and use various instruments such as singing bowls, tuning forks, & other sacred instruments, to produce specific tones, rhythms, and sounds; that help release stagnant blockages, realign, relax and ground the body. We are all energy in motion, and this truly an effective and painless method into the cleansing, restoration, reactivation, and realignment of this force within us all. leading ourselves into a resonance of unified love and awareness for not only ourselves, but for all.
